The temple stands on a 1070 ft long plinth of148 full sized elephants carved enterily from stone together they weight 3000 stones.the temple is a fusion of pink sandstone on the outside and white marble on the inside but with no structual steeel used anywhere the interior is filled with 234 ornately carved pillars 9 ornet domes and intricately designed ceilings intotal there are moe than 20000 curved figures.
